This machine is apply to print logo of paper inner wall and appearance, or disk of paper tape, plastic tape and cotton tape.

3. Operations essentials

a. Feeding paper according to structure diagram shows, supply paper tape entangle

winding tube machine must through fixing paper device, guide roller and driving roller.

b. To adjust the position of feeding paper device so that the paper tape will move in the

middle of driving roll all the way, and fixing the paper tape at a particular tension during

winding.

c. Add a certain amount of ink into ink box.

d. After the winding tube machine is all right ,then screw the driving roll and driving ink

roll control handwheel tightly to make driving roll and words roller or driving ink roll

and words roller come into contact, move the handle of ink roller up-down decive ,then

holding the roller make the ink roller and driving ink roll come into contact.

e. It is running base on winding tube machine runs normally

f. Stop the machine when cleaning

4. Matters need attention

a. Feeding paper must accprding to structure diagram shows,and the paper surface which

need print is upward.

b. This machine need use special ink which can dry quickly,and the surplus ink must be

filtrated before add to ink box again.

c. you'd better add ink 0.75 kg per time

d. If the word isn't clear enough,you need adjust fine tuning unt,then screw the control

handwheel tightly make the each roller come into contact until print out a clear word.

e. Each roller shall been cleaned after machine was stopped working, then move the handle

of ink roller up-down decive, put down the ink roller make the ink roller depart from

driving ink roll,unscrew the driving ink roll and driving roll control screw make the

words roller depart form driving driving roll,or words roller depart from driving ink roll.

f. You should adjust both right and left sides when you adjust handwheel so the roller can

move balance.

5. Cleaning

Ink roller, driving ink roll and words roller must to clean after finished work. cleaning step as follow:

a. Pull up ink box after shutting down, pour out surplus printing ink, then cleaning ink box.

b. .Pouring clear water in ink box, then packing again

c. Each driving roll will cleaning by themselves when rotated driving roll by manual.
